We are open 9:30am – 9pm at Woolwich Common Community Centre.

If you would like to cancel your day pass send us an email 24hrs prior to the start of your day pass. If your cancellation is not fulfilled within the notice period, you will not be able to claim a refund.

Whats the youngest age we take?

The youngest age that we take is 5 years old in our toddler classes that run once a week on Tuesday at 6-7pm.

What facilities are at the gym?

-Dumbells , Medicine balls, Punch Bags, Speed Bag, Boxing Ring, Barbell, Plates, Weighted Workout Bags, Skipping Ropes, Tyre Bag, Slam Balls, Treadmill, Agility Ladders, Cones and Rubber Matting.

How can I be sure it's COVID safe?

All members and guests are also expected to maintain social distancing and to keep themselves, fellow members and PMG staff safe by adhering to the safety advice and guidance given.
